After a schedule change to beat predicted inclement weather, the Panther tennis team played host to district rival Monahans at 10 a.m. Tuesday instead of 4 p.m. The Panthers didn’t let this stop them from a dominating win though. Everyone came out firing on all cylinders to lead after doubles 7-0 and kept that confidence rolling into singles to claim the third and final district win 10-0. The Panthers concluded district play in their pink out match as district runners up. They now look forward to the post season against district 1’s third place team. Official team, site, date, and time are yet to be finalized.
