November 14

*Felicia Carrasco Flores, of Fort Stockton. At 10:56 a.m., FSPD officers apprehended Flores and charged her with MTR-Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 less than 1 gram Analogue; no bond approved, still in jail.

*Rudy Rodriguez, of Fort Stockton. At 5:34 p.m., FSPD officers apprehended the individual and charged him with MTA-Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child; $250,000 bond set, still in jail.

November 15

*Adrian Chabero Ureste, of Fort Stockton. At 3:47 p.m., Pecos County deputies apprehended Ureste and charged him with MTAAggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon; no bond approved, still in jail.

*Mario Rodriguez Porras, of Crane. At 5:33 p.m., FSPD officers apprehended Porras and charged him with failure to comply duty to register as a sex offender; $10,000 bond set, still in jail.

November 16

*Vernon Joseph Simms, Jr., of Houston. At 5:12 a.m., DPS apprehended Sims and charged him with Possession of Marijuana less than 2 ounces ($500 PR bond), and Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon ($1,200 bond set), still in jail.

*Martin Duarte Ruiz, of Fort Stockton. At 6:25 p.m., FSPD officers apprehended Ruiz and charged him with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1/1B less than 1 gram ($5,000 bond set), still in jail.

November 17

*Matthew Jacob Lichty, of Austin. At 10:54 a.m., FSPD officer detained the subject and charged him with Assault Causes Bodily Injury; $4,000 bond, released the next day.

*Ivan Ramos Hernandez, of Fort Stockton. At 3:05 p.m., Pecos County deputies apprehended the individual and charged him with FTAPossession of Marijuana less than 2 ounces, Pecos County Warrant, $1,000 bond and released the same day.

*Sharlene Romero, of Long Beach, California. At 3:39 p.m., FSPD officers apprehended Romero and charged her with Forgery of Government/ National Government Instrument, $10,000 bond, released the next day.

November 18

*Pedro Simon Gonzales, Jr., of Odessa. At 12:18 a.m., Pecos County deputies apprehended the subject and charged him with Evading Arrest/Detention w/ vehicle, $6,000 bond, released the same day.

*Angelita Patricia Martinez, of Long Beach, California. At 8:24 p.m., Pecos County deputies apprehended Martinez and charged her with Forgery Financial Instrument, Pecos County Warrant, $10,000 bond set, still in jail.

*Kalvin Hernandez, of Fort Stockton. At 10:36 p.m., FSPD officers apprehended Hernandez and charged him with Driving While Intoxicated Second Offense, $5,000 bond, released the next day.

November 19

*Devin Rey Padilla, of Fort Stockton. At 8:59 a.m., FSPD officers apprehended Padilla and charged him with FTA-Criminal Mischief greater than $100 less than $750, Pecos County warrant, $1,000 bond set, still in jail.

*Rodolfo Rivas Garcia, of Fort Stockton. At 4:43 p.m., FSPD Officers apprehended Garcia and charged him with Criminal Trespass, $2,000 PR Bond set, still in jail.

November 20

*Mirna Grisleda Franco, of Fort Stockton. At 4:31 p.m., FSPD officers apprehended Franco and charged her with Criminal Trespass, $1,200 bond set, still in jail.

November 22

*Cristian Rene Vara Balderas, of Fort Stockton. At 12:30 a.m., FSPD apprehended Balderas and charged him with Reckless Driving ($1,500 bond) and Evading Arrest or Detention ($2,000 bond), Released the next day.

November 23

*Krysten Nicole Milan, of Fort Stockton. At 2:35 p.m., FSPD apprehended Milan and charged her with Theft of Services $100-$750, Midland County Warrant, $500 bond, released the same day.

*Aleeza Bella Lopez, of Fort Stockton. At 10:26 p.m., DPS apprehended Lopez and charged her with Possession of Marijuana less than 2 ounces ($500 PR Bond) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia ($500 PR Bond), released the next day.

*Ashlynn Victoria Crihfield, of Fort Stockton. At 11:17 p.m., DPS Troopers apprehended the subject and charged her with Possession of Marijuana less than 2 ounces ($500 PR Bond) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia ($500 PR Bond), released the next day.

November 24

*Miguel Angel Lopez, of Fort Stockton. At 12:30 a.m., DPS Troopers apprehended Lopez and charged him with Driving While Intoxicated First Offense, $1,200 bond, released the same day.

*Manuel Sanchez, of Odessa. At4:02 a.m., FSPD apprehended Sanchez and charged him with Driving While Intoxicated Second Offense ($1,200 bond), Terroristic Threat Against Peace Officer/Judge ($1,750 bond), and Harassment of Public Servant ($2,000 bond), released the same day.

November 25

*Moises Piedad, of Orlando, Florida. At 12:30 a.m., DPS Troopers apprehended Piedad and charged him with Driving While Intoxicated First Offense ($1,200 bond) and Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon ($2,000 bond), released the same day.

*Alec Byron Arcides, of Fort Stockton. At 2:50 a.m., FSPD apprehended the subject and charged him with Driving While Intoxicated First Offense, $3,000 Bond and released the same day.

*Derek Ford, of Fort Stockton. At 5 a.m., FSPD apprehended Ford and charged him with Driving While Intoxicated Second Offense, $4,000 bond and released the same day.

*Martin Hernandez, of Fort Stockton. At 6:30 a.m., DPS apprehended the individual and charged them with Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Violence, El Paso County Warrant, $1,500 bond and released the same day.

November 26

*Jonathan Celaya Gonzales, of Fort Stockton. At 2 a.m., FSPD apprehended Gonzales and charged him with Driving While Intoxicated First Offense, $1,000 bond, released the same day.

*Nikki Barrett, of El Cajon, California. At 3 a.m., DPS apprehended Barrett and charged her with Tamper with Government Record ($1,200 bond) and No Driver’s License (when unlicensed) $500 PR Bond, released the same day.

*Salvador Bernal Garay Jr., of Fort Stockton. At 11:38 p.m., DPS apprehended Garay and charged him with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 less than 1 gram; $6,000 bond set, still in jail.
