It is important to note that an arrest should not be considered as evidence of guilt. The defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.   

September 17 

*Jovan Soto, of Houston. At 4:31 a.m., FSPD officers apprehended Soto and charged him with Driving While Intoxicated BAC greater than 0.15 ($1,500 bond); released the next day. 

*Daniel De La Paz Rivas, of Fort Stockton. At 11:30 p.m., FSPD officers apprehended Rivas and charged him with Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Violence; $4,000 bond set and still in jail. 

September 18 

*Victor Olivas, Jr., of Fort Stockton. At 10:03 a.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended Olivas and charged him with FTA-Possession of a Controlled Substance; No Bond Approved; Still in Jail. 

*Brandy Wyne Diaz, Hometown lot Listed. At 9:33 p.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended Diaz and charged her with Possession of a Controlled Substance less than 1 gram, No Bond Set, still in jail. 

September 19 

*Seferino Rodriguez Flores, of Fort Stockton. At 3:58 p.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended Flores and charged him with MTR-Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Violence, $1,000 bond, released the same day. 

*Ann Jeanette Arguello, of Iraan. At 4:20 p.m., Pecos County Deputies Apprehended the subject and charged her with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 less than 1 gram, Pecos County Warrant ($15,000 PR Bond); U.S. Marshall Hold (No Bond Approved). 

September 20 

*Daniel Rivera, of San Antonio. At 10:15 a.m., DPS Troopers apprehended Rivera and charged him with Possession of Marijuana less than 2 ounces; $500 PR bond posted, and he was released the same day. 

*Alexis Ismael Sanchez, of Fort Stockton. At 3:40 p.m., DPS Troopers apprehended the individual and charged them with Assault Causes Bodily Injury on a Pecos County Warrant; $4,000 bond set and still in jail. 

*Nimmo Laray, of Fort Stockton. At 8:45 p.m., Fort Stockton Police Department Officers apprehended Laray and charged them with Disorderly Conduct; $1,000 PR Bond set, still in jail. 

September 21 

*Paul Lee, of Iraan. At 7:40 a.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended the subject and charged him with Failure to Comply sex offender registry; $5,000 bond posted and released the same day. 

*Andy Frank Arrendondo, of Fort Stockton. At 4:30 p.m., FSPD officers apprehended the subject and charged him with MTR-Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 less than 1 gram; $250,000 bond set and he’s still in jail. 

*Adam Eli Herrera, of Fort Stockton. At 11:21 p.m., DPS Troopers apprehended Herrera and charged him with FTA-Criminal Trespass, Pecos County warrant ($1,000 bond set) and Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 2 less than 1 gram ($3,000 bond set). 

September 22 

*Crystal Bowman, of Fort Stockton. At 4:36 p.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended Bowman and charged her with Injury to a child/elderly/disabled person, Commitment/Sentence, still in jail. 

September 23 

*Christopher Michael Pulido, of Converse, Texas. At 2:40 a.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended Pulido and charged him with Burglary of a building ($10,000 bond set) and Bail Jumping and Failure to Appear Felony ($10,000 bond set), still in jail. 

*Kasmira Marie Ortega, of Fort Stockton. At 4:46 a.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended Ortega and charged her with Burglary of a Habitation Intend Other, $10,000 bond. Released the next day. 

*Aries Iliana Lopez, of Fort Stockton. At 7;23 A.M., Pecos County Deputies apprehended Lopez and charged her with Burglary of a Habitation Intend Other, $10,000 bond and released the next day.  

*Pedro Jared Gomez, of Odessa. At 8:37 a.m., DPS Troopers apprehended Gomez and charged him with Possession of Marijuana less than 2 ounces, $500 PR bond and released the same day. 

*Joseph Esparza, of Pecos. At 9:14 a.m., Fort Stockton officers apprehended Esparza and charged him with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 less than 1 gram ($4,000 bond), Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 3 less than 28 grams, Reeves County Warrant ($5,000 bind), and Unlawful carrying of a weapon ($1,500 bond set), still in jail. 

*Ruben Chavez, of Monahans. At 9:45 a.m. Fort Stockton Police Officers apprehended Chavez and charged him with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 less than 1 gram, $4,000 bond and released the following day. 

*Geneva Ramirez Saldana, of Fort Stockton. At 10:09na.m. Pecos County Deputies apprehended Saldana and charged her with Burglary of a Habitation Intend Other, $10,000 bond and released the next day. 

*George Luiz Vasquez III, of Lubbock. At 11:26 a.m., FSPD officers apprehended the subject and charged him with Driving While Intoxicated First Offense, $1,200 bond and released the same day. 

*Joseph Ray Hamm, of Addison, Texas. At 6:35 p.m., FSPD officers apprehended Hamm and charged him with Theft of Petroleum $100,000 to 300,000, $2,000 bond, still in jail. 

September 24 

Ricardo Garcia, of Fort Stockton. At 3:30 a.m., DPS Troopers apprehended Garcia and charged him with Driving While Intoxicated First Offense, $1,500 bond and released that same day. 

*April Michelle Herincx, of San Antonio. At 3:55 p.m., DPS Troopers apprehended the subject and charged her with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 2 from 4 to 400 grams ($5,000 bond set), and Possession of Marijuana less than 2 ounces ($500 PR Bond), still in jail. 

September 25 

*Jaime Galindo Armendariz III, of Fort Stockton. At 8:02 p.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended the subject and charged him with Evading Arrest Detention w/Vehicle ($15,000 bond set), Resisting Arrest Search or Transport ($5,000 bond set), Driving while License Invalid with Previous Conviction or Suspension ($2,000 bond set), Reckless Driving ($2,000 bond set), Duty on Striking Fixture/Highway Landscape greater than $200 ($2,000 bond set), Duty on Striking Fixture/Highway Landscape greater than $200 ($2,000 bond set), Disregard Stop Sigh/Fail to Stop (Stop Sign-Line) $2,000 bond set); Still in Jail. 

September 26 

*Justin Quintela, of Fort Stockton. At 2:49 a.m., FSPD officers apprehended Quintela and charged him with Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Violence ($5,000 bond set), and Injury Child/Elderly/Disable w/intent to cause Bodily Injury ($10,000 bond set); Still in Jail. 

*Edward Flynt Havins, of Fort Stockton. At 9:30 a.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended Havins and charged him with Disorderly Conduct ($500 PR bond), and Prohibited Weapon ($5,000 bond), both Pecos County warrants, released the same day. 

*David Michael Payne, of Fort Stockton. At 7:43 p.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended Payne and charged him with Criminal Mischief $750 to $2,500, $12,500 bond set, still in jail. 

*Kendo Jamal Williams, of Kenner, Louisiana. At 10:21 p.m., DPS Troopers apprehended Williams and charged him with Driving while Intoxicated 1st Offense ($1,200 bond set), and Possession of Marijuana less than 2 ounces ($500 PR Bond), still in jail. 

September 27 

*Daniel J Martin, Jr., of Port Arthur. At 5:26 p.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended Martin and charged him with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 2, greater than 1 gram less than 4 grams; $4,000 bond set, still in jail. 

September 28 

 

*Ezekiel Carrasco, of Fort Stockton. At 12:05 a.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended the subject and charged him with Criminal Mischief $100-$750 (Pecos County Warrant), $2,000 bond set, still in jail.
