MAY 2

• Jonathan Rivera-Romero, of Arcadia, California. At 3:43 p.m., officers with the Department of Public Safety apprehended Rivera-Romero and charged him with possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces, and possession of a controlled substance PG 2, more than 4 grams and less than 400 grams. He posted a $500 PR Bond for the marijuana and $1,000 bond for the controlled substance and was released the same day.

• Daphne Michelle Hoffman, of Apache Junction, Arizona. At 7:30 p.m., deputies with the Pecos County Sheriff’s Office apprehended Hoffman and charged her with Unauthorized use of a vehicle. A $2,500 bond was set, and she is still in jail.

MAY 3

• Elizabeth Zenaida De La Rosa. At 11:04 a.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended De La Rosa and charged her with criminal trespass of a habitation. A $2,500 bond was set and she’s still in jail.

• Andrew Silva Jr., of Fort Stockton. At 11:46 p.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department detained Silva and charged him with driving while intoxicated first offense, and resisting arrest, search, or transport. Silva posted bonds totaling $2,500 for the two charges and was released May 4.

MAY 4

• Zachary Ryan Harlan. At 10:53 a.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Harlan and charged him with driving while intoxicated first offense, and unlawful carrying of a weapon. A $1,500 bond was set for the driving while intoxicated charge and a $2,500 bond was set for the weapons charge and he is still in jail.

• Danielle Daizy Johnson, of Fort Stockton. At 2:11 p.m., deputies with the Pecos County Sheriff’s Office apprehended Johnson and charged her with criminal mischief between $750 and $2,500. Johnson posted a $500 PR Bond and was released the same day.

• Jason Siegel. At 6:47 p.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Siegel and charged him with criminal mischief between $2,500 and $30,000. A $7,000 bond was set and he’s still in jail.

• Robert Tyler Gatlin, of San Antonio. At 7 p.m., officers with the Department of Public Safety apprehended Gatlin and charged him with FTA-Possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces and UCW Handgun MV; A $4,000 cash bond set on a Dimmit County Warrant for the marijuana, and a $1,500 bond was set for the weapons charge on a Bexar County warrant, and he’s still in jail.

MAY 5

• Julius Anthony Sanchez, of Fort Stockton. At 12:20 a.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Sanchez and charged him with assault causes bodily injury. A $3,500 bond was set, and he was released the same day.

• Amanda Granado Rojas, of Fort Stockton. At 1:46 p.m. officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Rojas and charged her with FTA-Assault causes bodily injury family violence with a $1,000 bond on a Pecos County Warrant, and possession of a controlled substance PG 1 from 4-200 grams and was issued a $3,000 bond and was released the same day.

• Carlos Ramirez, of Fort Stockton. At 5:28 p.m., officers with the Department of Public Safety apprehended Ramirez and charged him with driving while intoxicated second offense. He posed a $3,000 bond and was released May 8.
