Veterans’ Day proclamation presented


The Fort Stockton City Council met in regular session on Tuesday, Oct. 24, where they received the first WaterBridge Resources, LLC payment since the contract's inception.

John Durand, Chief Operating Officer of WaterBridge Resources, presented the council with their first payment. The check total was approximately $162,480.

The council approved a municipal annex service plan for the surface estate of tract 73 at Rooney and Butz & Rooney subdivision. A revised personnel policies and procedures manual was also approved.

A field agreement for wildlife services between Texas A&M Agrilife Extension Services and the city was accepted by the council, as well as the fourth quarterly investment and revenue & expense reports.

The council appointed Holly Lambert to the Planning and Zoning Commission due to the resignation of Ysabel "Chel" Duarte.

A proclamation was presented endorsing Nov. 10 as Veterans' Day by the city.
