Dr. Cecil George can now be found on Pecos County Memorial Hospital’s second floor.
George and the Family Care Center have joined forces and homes this week as he and his staff have relocated to the main PCMH building.
PCMH Director of Human Resources Malissa Trevino discussed the new arrangement, stating that all of their providers will have offices at the hospital.
“Dr. Velasquez and Dr. Young will be upstairs, along with Family Nurse Practitioners Kasia Mendoza and Jessica Colunga,” said Trevino. “Physician’s Assistant Andy Ghimire will also be upstairs, as will the residents. Dr. Boinpally will be downstairs next to our walk-in clinic, where PAs Albert Balesh and Raymond DeLille are located.”
Trevino also said Dr. James Tarin will join the PCMH family next February.
George believes this relocation will be beneficial.
“It’s going to be a good thing,” George said. “We will have all the providers together, and we can work more closely together. We can all collaborate more efficiently.”
According to Trevino, all of the services will remain the same.
“It will still be a quality team providing quality services,” Trevino said. “PCMH staff is excited that everyone will be together here.”
