The Middle Pecos County Groundwater Conservation District will hold a regular meeting beginning at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, May 21.
Among the items:
• a hearing for separate applications for drilling permits for Suter Farms, LLC, and XTO Energy, Inc.
• consideration of a settlement agreement among the district, Jagged Peak Energy, LLC, Duran Drilling and/or DrillPro Water Well Drilling Company.
• consideration of a protest of R360 Environmental Solutions, LLC's request to build a solid waste facility two miles south of the Pecos River on Highway 18
