FSHS raising money for families of two student-athletes killed in crash

The Fort Stockton High School Student Council will collect donations on Friday, Jan. 25 for the families of two Pecos High School students who died Tuesday in a car crash.

According to Pecos-Barstow-Toyah ISD, the students killed were Jonathan Aguilar and Ethan Medina. Both were members of the football team and played in the Sept. 28 game at Fort Stockton. Aguilar was the starting quarterback.

Family members have started a GoFundMe to help pay for expenses.

Donations may be made at the front office of the high school

The Pecos High basketball teams will play at Fort Stockton Tuesday, Jan. 29.

No details have been released on the crash.
