THE PECOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL MEET IN REGULAR SESSION ON MONDAY, JULY 27, 2020 AT 10:00 A.M. IN THE COUNTY COURTROOM, PECOS COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 103 W. CALLAGHAN, FORT STOCKTON, TEXAS.

3. Court to consider and/or act upon approving Minutes of Previous Meeting(s).

4. Court to consider and/or act upon approving Interlocal Agreement for TIPS Membership which will lock in Lower State Contract Pricing for Xerox Copiers/Printers purchased by Pecos County.

5, Court to consider and/or act upon Resolution to enter into an Agreement with Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) for the County Transportation Infrastructure Fund (CTIF) Grant Program.

6. Court to consider and/or act upon renewal of Lease for Fixed Base Operations at Fort Stockton/Pecos County Airport to Fort Stockton Aviation, LLC for a 6 Year Period from September 1, 2020 thru August 31, 2026.

7. Court to consider and/or act upon accepting Two (2) Donations for Imperial Library.

9. Court to consider and/or act upon request from Precinct #4 to purchase a Riding Mower with Grass Catcher through the Buy Board.

10. Court to consider and/or act upon allowing Precinct #4 to purchase an Air Compressor with Equipment for Sand Blasting to be purchased with Budgeted Funds.

11. Court to consider and/or act upon request from DiamondBack E&P, LLC, to cross over McIntyre Road, Sec. 25, Blk. 48, TWP 8, T&P RR Co., in Precinct #4, with an Electrical Line.

12. Court to consider and/or act upon moving Funds allotted for Iraan Golf Course Pipeline to Golf Course Waterwell in amount of $8,000.00.
