THE PECOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL MEET IN REGULAR SESSION ON MONDAY, APRIL 8, 2019 AT 10:00 A. M. IN THE COUNTY COURTROOM, PECOS COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 103 W. CALLAGHAN, FORT STOCKTON, TEXAS.

AGENDA:

1. Prayer.

2. Court to consider and/or act upon employing an Attorney in reference to Properties owned by the County and the Possible Use of Eminent Domain adjacent to the County Properties for Future Use for Recreation Fields.

3. Court to consider and/or act upon approving Lease of Lot 4, Block 1, Pecos County Industrial Park to 2T Partners LLC.

4. Court to consider and/or act upon approving Lease of Lot 12, Block 4, Pecos County Industrial Park to 2T Partners LLC.

12. Court to consider and/or act upon accepting donation from Walmart for $2500.00 to Imperial Public Library for the Summer Reading Program.

13. Court to consider and/or act upon accepting donation from Four C Oil and Gas Corporation to Imperial Public Library for the Summer Reading Program.

14. Court to discuss Possible Plans for Multi-Use Facility, including the Golf Course Pro Shop and Meeting Facilities.
