The Pecos County Commissioners’ Court met in regular session on Monday, Feb. 12 and approved a list of donated items for the 2018 Annual 4-H Auction.
Items donated for the auction came from the Tax Office, FS Public Library, County Judge, JP #1, and Juvenile departments.
The Tax Office donated a number of items, including nine different kinds of chairs. Three printers were also donated by this office, along with two typewriters. The typewriters were presented on the list as “Not working; parts only,” as was one of the donated printers.
The Fort Stockton Public Library also had a long list of donated items, including six Gateway computers. Four Dell monitors and one Gateway monitor were donated, as well as a Panasonic television. A GE DVD player, two Panasonic speakers, and a Panasonic cassette player rounded out the list of donations from the library; all were listed as being in working condition.
The County Judge’s Office donated a beige office chair for the auction. Justice of the Peace #1 contributed by donating an HP Deskjet printer/copier/scanner combo.
The Juvenile Department donated a total of six printers, three of which were Epson Artisian 50 Color printers. Two of the printers were HP Deskjet 6940 Color printers, and the last printer was an HP Color laserjet. The final item donated by the Juvenile Department was a Bissell vacuum.
The 2018 Annual 4-H Auction will be held on Saturday, April 7.
