112th District Court sentencing

Here are the sentencing and case updates from the March 19, 2019 session of the 112th District Court:

• Robert Douglas York (P-3696-112-CR) age 20 of Grandfalls, Texas: Entered guilty plea in first-degree felony Murder. Sentenced to 10 years in the Institutional Division of Criminal Justice, $589 in court costs. State abandons Manslaughter charge.

• Andrew Ray Franks (P-3820-112-CR) age 38 of Fort Stockton: entered guilty plea to six counts of Sexual Assault of a Child (under age of 17) and three counts of Improper Relationship Between Educator and Student, each a second-degree felony. Sentenced to 10 years of Deferred Adjudication Community Supervision, $7,000 fine, $719 in court costs and no contact with victim. In a separate case (P-3828-112-CR): entered a guilty plea to two second-degree felony counts of Improper Relationship Between Educator and Student and a third-degree felony count of Possession of Child Pornography. entenced to 10 years of Deferred Adjudication Community Supervision, $7,000 fine, $354 in court costs and no contact with victim.

• Lisa Ann Pierce (P-3602-112-CR) age 36 of Spring Hill, Florida: Court dismissed charge of Possession of Marijuana in an amount of less than five pounds, but greater than four ounces.

• Carlos Albert Flores (P-3814-112-CR) age 65 of San Diego, California: Court dismissed three charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance.

• Rafael Escudero Martinez (P-3824-112-CR) age 42 of Fort Stockton: Indictment for Secure Execution of Document by Deception amended to add “aka Rafael Martinez Escudero.”

• Rene Ybarra Rosas (P-3825-112-CR) age 69 of Fort Stockton: Reset final pre-trail hearing to 10 a.m. June 18 1 p.m. for charges of Aggravated Sexual of a Child, Continuous Sex Abuse of a Young Child and Indecency with a Child By Contact.

• Rolando Mora (P-3832-112-CR) age 29 of Lubbock, Texas: Arrest warrant issued for failure to appear, original bond forfeited and new bond set at $5,000 for third-degree felony charge of Evading Arrest and Detention with Vehicle.

• Russell William Tulloch (P-3840-112-CR) age 61 of Belton, Texas: Entered guilty plea to two counts of second-degree felony Possession of a Controlled Substance. Sentenced to five years in the Institutional Division of Criminal Justice, $180 in DPS Lab Restitution and $324 in court costs. Pending Class B Misdemeanor in Pecos County Court is combined with felony sentence.

• Natalie Ramirez (P-3853-112-CR) age 41 of Fort Stockton: Entered not guilty plea to Bail Jumping/Failure to Appear.

• Antonio Ramos (P-3869-112-CR) age 25 of El Paso: Arrest warrant issued for failure to appear, original $20,000 bond forfeited and new bond set at $40,000 for bribery charge.

• Robert Curtis Jr. (P-3876-112-CR) age 34 of Fort Stockton: State filed notice of Intent to Seek Enhanced Punishment after prior Aggravated Robbery conviction prior to arrest for Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon.

• Dominique Davione Williams, a.k.a. Dominique Davionne Williams (P-3877-112-CR) age 34 of Lake Jackson, Texas: Entered guilty plea second-degree felony Possession of a Controlled Substance. Sentenced to four years Deferred Adjudication, $2,500 fine, $180 Restitution, 300 hours community service and $324 Court Costs.t

• Esai Anthony Molinar (P-3880-112-CR) age 21 of Fort Stockton: Motion to Withdraw s Counsel was granted to James D. Jepson. Molinar is charged with Burglary of a Building and Theft of a Firearm.

• Conner Patrick Sullivan (P-3892-112-CR) age 27 of Boerne, Texas: Entered guilty plea to a state jail felony of Possession of a Controlled Substance in an amount of less than one gram. Sentenced to two years of Deferred Adjudication Community Supervision, $1,000 fine, $324 in court costs and $180 in Restitution.

• Zoila Margarita Lopez (P-3896-112-CR) age 32 of Fort Stockton: Arrest warrant issued for failure to appear, original bond forfeited and new bond set at $6,000 on charge of Possession of a Control Substance in an amount less than one gram.

• Javier Ismael Dianas (P-3898-112-CR) age 20 of Fort Stockton: Entered guilty plea to state jail felony of Possession of a Controlled Substance in an amount less than one gram. Sentenced to two days in the Pecos County Jail (time served), $180 DPS Lab Restitution, plead guilty and be convicted of felony offense punished as Class A Misdemeanor, $324 court costs.

• Carlos Albert Flores (P-3922-112-CR) age 65 of San Diego, California: Entered guilty plea to third-degree felony Bail Jumping/Failure to Appear. Sentenced to three years of Deferred Adjudication Community Supervision, $2,000 fine, $180 DPS Lab Restitution, $369 in court costs and 80 hours of community service.

• Ramon Rivera Hinojos (P-3572-112-CR) age 26 of Fort Stockton: Deemed indigent and James Jepson appointed as his attorney. Hinojos is charged with two third-degree felony of Obstruction.

• Arturo Chavez Alvarado (P-3809-112-CR) age 37 of Tornillo, Texas: Entered guilty plea to second-degree felony Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More (Enhanced). Sentenced to 14 years in the Institutional Division, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, $60 DPS Lab Restitution and $669 in court costs. State abandons 3rd enhancement.

• Marcelino Abraham Trevino (P-3810-112-CR) age 39 of Fort Stockton: State filed notice To Seek Enhanced Punishment based on a conviction of Burglary of a Habitation prior to his arrest on charges of Indecency with a Child under the of 17 by Contact, and Sexual Assault of a Child under age 17.

• Enica Natalie Ramirez (P-3817-112-CR) age 41 of Fort Stockton: Deemed indigent and Rosario Cowher appointed as his attorney. Ramirez is charged with Theft of Property.
