Later in life he received his high school diploma for Odessa High school through the GED program.

Donnie was born on July 7, 1968, in Alpine to Roman and Irma Gonzalez. He grew up in Fort Stockton and started his adult life in Midland where he met his soulmate Sherri and daughter Victoria and loved her as his own.
Adan Ulysses "Donnie" Alvarez, 40, of Ft. Stockton, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 3, 2023, in El Paso, Texas.
Adan was born on Jan. 17, 1983, in Ft. Stockton, Texas, to Raul Alvarez and Anbale Pena. Adan went to school in Fort Stockon. He always had a smile on his face and enjoyed bike riding, skating, baseball and was a devout Catholic believer.
