Updated on 5 p.m. on Sept. 11: TxDOT ANNOUNCES THAT FM 1053 HAS REOPENED PECOS COUNTY: FM 1053 south of Imperial opened up for traffic this afternoon. We have repaired the washouts caused by rain runoff that got in cracks outside our right of way. We filled any voids under the road caused by washouts and patched the road. more
